  • I have been a British Wheel of Yoga diploma teacher for 25 years. I started my training in 1987 and began teaching for East Essex Adult Education College where I still have classes.Carole

I am married with four sons and over the years have taught children at my sons' school Woodville Primary - where I introduced the physical aspects of yoga together with breathing, relaxation, quietening and concentration exercises (simple meditations and visualizations). I have also held classes for extremely stressed teachers on many occasions.

I was invited to work with the cricketers at the Essex Cricket Club by their physiotherapist, working specifically with the bowlers to help improve their general flexibility, concentration and relaxation levels.
